Pandora Settles With Music Industry

pandora2.jpg

Pandora almost went under last year, but a new agreement with the music industry should be able to keep it and other Internet Radio sources afloat. The company has agreed to give up a 25% share of its revenue or song-per-listener rate, whichever is higher. They will also limit users to 40 hours of play on the free version. After that, a $.99 fee is imposed to hear the tunes until the end of the month. Paid subscribers will not be charged.
