Hospital Uses Twitter to Instruct

Michigan's car industry may be going through a rough time, but they are certainly state of the art when it comes to technology. The Henry Ford Hospital has been tweeting for some time now. Their twitter account lets others follow along during an operation (if that's not too much information,) and updates the patient's status. They also provide graphics via YouTube for anyone who wants to watch.
