Vonage is now offering a VoIP app for international calls via iPhone, iPod touch and Blackberry. When a call is received, the cell phone number will be displayed on caller ID and a credit card number must be input for access. The company claims that Vonage Mobile will save users up to 50% on calls and for now is offering per minute rates. Later this year, a plan will be available for a monthly fee with Vonage World. The application is free from the Vonage site, Apple's App Store and RIM's App World.

Vonage is the new competitor entering in iPhone market to capture VoIP market, as stated there are few big companies like skype, Truphone, Vopium, fring or Nimbuzz still in this market so Vonage has to bring some thing extra ordinary to compete them.
