AT&T Denied Injunction

We reported that AT&T was trying to get an injunction against Verizon for their "There's A Map for That" ad campaign. Judge Timothy Batten ruled yesterday that although they were "sneaky", they were not misleading. Another hearing has been scheduled in December and until then AT&T is fighting back with their "Truth About 3G" ad. While Verizon's ads are clever and amusing, AT&T is fighting back with Luke Wilson. Hmmm. Seriously? Are we the only ones that would rather they spend their bucks on better advertising?
