Fijitsu Develops Faster Flash Memory Macro

Fujitsu claims that their new flash memory macro with NOR circuits not only have a 100,000 write/erase speed, but they are guaranteed to retain data for 20 years. The technology, which improves access speeds by 2.5 times to 10 nanoseconds, will be placed in microcontrollers for automotive, industrial and consumer electronics.
