After seeing the iPad last night on Jimmy Fallon with Engadget's Josh Topolsky, we have come to this conclusion. Really, You Hate the Price, Come on now, this is the most off the wall comment that has been said, Even the rest of the OTHER manufactures said they can't compete with the price and make a profit.
For an Ultra thin (10 HOUR) device that does more then just allow you to read books in Black and White, Surf the Net, Watch Movies, Netflix Streaming,CBS Streaming, ECT... Please
And for running Mutable Apps in the Background with the 4.0 update coming out you can, So you have a PRICE Argument Only.
Others will come out with theirs, But it will not be the 10 Hour Slim iPad with it's Hundreds of thousands of Apps that is stabile.
Others will be High Cost cheap construction and have you worrying about what to do when your Microsoft 7 or Android OS File system gets corrupt and you don't have access to your files. It will be constant Updating of Android and Windows to fix Flaws due to the rush out the door for the Almighty Buck and to hell with the Customer.
Ill stick with Apple and the Stability and Years of Reliable construction they are known to have.
Hey if you want a good price Buy a Joo Joo, They have only sold 67 of them i am sure they will take your $558.00
Oh Wait thats more then the iPad and well was Pushed as a iPad Killer, Killer yea for itself.
See with Apple you get Quality and you can't put a price tag on Perfection and the beast customer service bar none.. Don't Believe Me look and see who has beaten all others in customer satisfaction for the past 5 years Consume Reports and JD Power Say's APPLE my Friend.
It's worth the cost and the 16 gig iPad model is only $50.00 More then a black and White Kindle that can't surf the Net Use Apps Or Watch Movies. I Think you got confused It's the Kindle that cost too much and does little Not the iPad.
But to each His Own. So Yea i Disagree with You.
