Samsung 20 NM Class NAND Chips

Samsung has proudly released 20 nanometer (nm) class NAND chips that can be used in SD cards and other devices with memory. They claim that they have a 50% higher productivity level than 30nm-class MLC NAND, and deliver a read speed of 20MB/s and write speed of 10MB/s. Memory cards with the technology will soon be available with 4GB - 64GB memory.
