Hitachi Adds SSD to Blu-ray Player

Hitachi's new Blu-ray player has included an integrated 32GB solid state drive. Dubbed Hy Drive, the plan seems to be that it will house the operating system and software, thereby saving space on your PC and allowing it to run better. The company plans on production in August so you may find one in that new laptop you plan to pick up this fall.
