VLC Dropped From App Store

VLC is now out of Apple's App Store as it may have a conflict with the General Public License and copyright infringement. However, when you read one of the application's developers Remi Denis-Courmont's web log, he explains that he doesn't know exactly why they pulled it, but thinks it possible that "Apple would remove VLC simply because it cannot stand software distributed under the GPL on its stores."
