Sennheiser Wiireless RSS 220 Headphones

There are plenty of wireless earphones out there, but Sennheiser has managed to come up with some headphones that should do the same in a larger way. The RSS 220 uses what the company calls Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS) technique that transmit data simultaneously on different frequencies to make sure that one is uninterrupted. There is no optimal signal volume so audio stays true to its level.

The transmitter works with an uncompressed 2.4 GHz signal that reaches up to 328 ft. in the same room or 98 ft. between walls. Look for the phones to hit the streets later this month.
