The InPulse Notification Watch has been out for a while now and can alert its user to incoming email, SMS, calendar alerts and caller ID. For use with Blackberry or Android devices, it can be put it in vibrate or visual alert mode and customized with filters, colors or fonts. There are plenty of apps for the watch and Allerta is encouraging others to design them as well with its SDK. The best part is that you can now find them at prices starting at $99.00.
By the way, a Kickstarter campaign raised over $10 million for Pebble, an e-paper smartwatch for developers or those who admire Dick Tracy. It can receive notifications, comes in white, black or red and has vibrating notifications, messages and alerts that needs a simple wrist shake to end.
