Garmin Caters to Bikers With zumo 665


Garmin has unveiled their new zumo 665 for bikers, and is both rugged and water-resistant. The GPS system's GXM 40 XM antenna gives access to XM satellite entertainment, NavTraffic and NavWeather services. The GPS system features a 4.3" touchscreen, Bluetooth music accessibility to the rider's helmet, maps of the US, Canada and Puerto Rico and can be pre-ordered before its upcoming release.

Popbox One Ups Popcorn Hour


If you dig Popcorn Hour then you will go nutso over the Popbox. It displays photos, videos, plays music and has access to YouTube, Netflix and even Twitter. Video processing supports 100Mbps bitrate (1080p video) and Popapps allow support for Java, Flash and Qt. Debuting at the CES 2010, it is also an open platform for third party apps and services and will make an appearance soon.

D-Link Pebble Debuts


D-Link unveiled the Pebble at the CES 2010, a new media player that can stream music, photos or video from an external hard drive, memory card, NAS device, USB thumb drive, PC or the Interweb. With an optional dongle available for wireless connectivity, the device has simplified navigation with its GUI. The Pebble should be out the first half of the year with a MSRP of $119.99.

We have extolled the virtues of Grace's ITC-IR1000 Wireless Internet Radio and we noticed that their higher end GDI-IR2000 has been reduced in price. Stream 16,000 AM/FM Internet stations or tunes from your PC or music library. At a size of 11.2 x 8 x 6.6", the radio is Pandora ready and can handle Sirius Premium Internet radio service. Stations can be selected either by region, station name or genre.
