Logitech to Debut Squeezebox Touch and Radio


Logitech has two more additions to its Squeezebox line. The Touch directly connects to your stereo and will play all your digital tunage as well as stream Internet music via WiFi. It also has a 4.3" touchcreen, an SD card slot and USB port for downloading extras.


The Squeezebox Radio is a standalone with integrated speaker. It plays mostly like the Touch, sans the SD and USB ability. You can also use it for Internet radio and social networking, so tweet away.

Tascam CD Player With iPod Dock


Tascam has come up with a rack-mountable CD player with built-in iPod dock. The CD-200i has a TEAC CD-5020A transport, a smooth loading drawer, front panel navigation buttons and comes with wireless remote. The player has an S-video jack for video output and PDIF digital out and supports MP3 and WAV files.

Logitech Debuts New iPod Speakers


Logitech has two new iPod speakers coming soon. The S315i is rechargeable and plays and charges simultaneously. Less than 2" thick, it works with any iPhone or dockable iPod. A 3.5mm jack allows plug in for other musical sources.


The S125i Speaker also charges iPods with the Apple Universal dock connector and other music players with a bass boost. Plug it in to your AC or use 4 AA batteries for about 10 hours of play time. Both can be pre-ordered now.

Samsung Blu-ray Home Theater-In-a-Box


Samsung has a new Blu-ray Home Theater-In-a-Box. Included is a Crystal amplifier, Bio Kelp Speaker Cones with 5.1 surround sound, an iPod dock and WiFi dongle. The HT-BD3252 is packed with a Blu-ray player with BD-live, Pandora and Netflix streaming, This fall, Blockbuster OnDemand will also be an option. At a price of $799.00, look for an August release.

iJector Projects from iPhone/iPod


Lancerlink's iJector is an LCOS projector designed expressly for the iPhone/iPod. At a size 195×145×96mm and a weight of only 120g, the dock-shaped device allows video streaming from your Apple device and audio with built-on speakers. Images can be as tall as 50" with a res of 557x 24\34p from up to 2.3m away. The iJector has a brightness of 20 lumens, a lamp with a 30,000 hr. lifespan, is licensed by Apple, works for most models and will have a price of $700.00 when released mid-July.
